How to get back on amazon

2 Years ago I was restricted from selling on amazon. I was wondering if anyone knows how to get around this? I tried using my fathers account to sell but some how they know even though we don't live togther?

I would appreciate any help you can give

Format your hard drive, change your router and IP. Make a new account with all new info. That means everything has to be new, bank account, phone number, email and so on. Also clear your flash cookies.

How do I change my router and IP, also what are flash cookies. I don't really know that much about computers as far as technical issues are concerned.
