Because google hates affiliate sites with more passion than I hate google, and if that's an affiliate link their system has probably detected it and rejected your site automatically.

I will be honest and admit that I don't know if affiliate links are bad for Adsense approval, and if someone knows better please correct me cause I've stopped doing Adsense 8 years ago and I'm not up-to-date with Adsense's approval guidelines.

This being said, I would still remove all affiliate links from a website that I intent to submit for Adsense approval.
