How to get accept by Peopleperhour

Hello BHW. Recently I submitted an application to Peopleperhour and get reject. They didn't get me any info as why they rejected it. They just send me this email :
Your application at PeoplePerHour was not accepted

At PeoplePerHour, we pride ourselves on the quality of our freelance community and we approve only a few but great applications.
