How to get a new Adsense on a blacklisted payee name?

Hi, I was banned from Adsense few months ago. Now i am planning to apply again. I want to use my own name but i will be using address of a friend living in some other part of my country. I will buy a new domain with a different name and will use my old hosting. Will google still be able to track me? All the address, phone number, everything will be different. I will apply from a new tablet with a new IP address. Please let me know if someone has experience with it. Thank you.

You can use your name in case you were not asked to update the pin as pin wants id proof to be updated,if its was banned without pin,get AdSense From difference address add new bank account and after 10 USD google will ask for pin and then you alcan go.

I was using the account for almost 6 months so it was already verified. So you mean to say that i can still apply by using my own name and different address?

You can have as many accounts as you want.

I have created minimum 10 accounts on my name.

Only thing you need to change is you address.

Also, when you enter phone number you can enter random number, because you will not need it.

You can use same IP, that is not problem.
