How to fix redirect error?

Hi, guys
I encountered a problem. Here is the thing:
Last week, our Shopify store was closed because a small brand issued a lawsuit against us. Fine, we transfer all things from Shopify to another platform.
But recently, when I checked out the Google Search Console. I found a redirect error. Unfortunately, the affected page was not on store now. I guess it was on original shopify store.
I can not fix the affected page now, how should I do? Should I recreate a new page with the same URL?
