Twitter is always a good place to scout for low-follower kind of profiles. I tent to see quite a few under 300~ follower accounts trying to promote themselves via free pictures and such, not gaining much on the retweet and likes side but overall a small community of loyal "subscribers" to said female so, I'm sure they're making good money even off the small following! Definitely may be worth reaching out to a handful of them via DMs and linking them to your work.

go to whores directory, and then take a list, and bulk email them. Like there are databases of whores from Canada on some sites with contact details, so you can just email them as this increases the chances. make sure to give them an offer and show how a lot of thema are already making tonnes of money.

I know some groups with models that work with agencies. The group managers manage the models and send you the content and your agency manages the marketing and the clients. The group manager needs to get paid per cent or fixed payment and then you split the rest with the model.
