How to find models for OnlyFans agency

Hi, I'm looking to find models for my OF agency.
I mainly used IG for outreach and also found three models so far and pushed one model I signed to 0.06% within 4 months of working together but I wrote out at least 3000 cold DMs to find one model which was willing for a cooperation with my agency. So there must me a more effective way to find models.

Long story short.. What's the best way to get more models?
I've also tried sugar daddy sites but that didn't work for me

1. Show yourself as a wealthy man
2. Take a few suitable ones on the date
3. After funny business offer them your actual business opportunity.

Note: you can minus the funny business part and just get straight to the point. :p
 
Instagram is the best place for this you have to keep trying there. Post ads on Instagram and try joining Reddit and posting this opportunity on r/OnlyFans.
 
You can start attracting models who are already working, but they are less popular, or you can just start doing it.
A good way to find them is on Reddit
 
You can also contact models from models directories.
 
Check out directories for erotic services. Finding college students is good too since they're new to the adult industry and you could probably pocket more.

scrape instagram / twitter for onlyfans content for contacts (girls promoting OF) and cold email them. should be a good market for cold emailing

Does IG allow ads for model management agencies? Are there things to avoid in the ads to not get the account blocked?
 
You should try Reddit, but it's a hard thing cause literally 8 out of 10 girls in Reddit groups talking about how they get tones of messages from fake OF Agency profiles and stuff like that. Which i understand cause literaly these "1Man Army Agencies" are kinda trash.

I have 4 girls, i'm not an agency. But i hear from them the same.The Agencies" can't show up with any refferences or deals, but they want your bank account logins "for their safety".

You can't approach a sex worker like this.

So 3K messages : 1 Customer ratio is something real. :))
