How to find Instagram target users?

I'm in the second-hand luxury items niche. Looking for advice on improving my targeting. I'm doing Mass DMs method with bots.

I'm using a tool to get some account's followers, then send DM to them. However, I'm getting more follows (like 80%) from third-world countries (India, Pakistan, Latin American countries, etc) than tier-one countries (US, Europe).

How can I find the target followers with other methods? Any advice will be welcomed. Thanks!

You cant get 100% geotargeted users, as IG doesnt have any official way to tell where an account belongs to. You need to check via the name, content, looks etc.

In addition to what you are doing, you can try spending a little on advertising with targeting that suits your needs to increase awareness and find more customers for yourself.

try looking for people who are into luxury lifestyles or follow influencers in your niche. You can also check out specific hashtags related to luxury items.
