How to find Blogs to comment on?

Hey guys,

I don't usually do blog comments but I have to do it for a project.

Long story short, every blog I find is pretty much sending me to moderation. This is a serious waste of time. Is there a way to find blogs that will auto approve comments? Or if anyone can share a tested list, that would be super awesome.

One option is using footprints to find reviews autoapproved. Search in this forum or in Google.
