What are you talking about? You have to send an email to google explaining why you need more traffic and they will send some depending on your need and website itself.

SEO is the only way to get traffic naturally. So according to my suggestion, +1 for SEO.
Where as for Google Adwords, we want to spend little bit more.
to stabilize the traffic, we move towards SEO.

Is there a reason you only want traffic from one of those websites? Who knows there might be other websites you can get traffic from too! Look around.
