How to do third party site cloaking?

Nowadays I have been seeing a lot of ads doing Third party site cloaking which is already indexed and has good reputation. I need help in understanding how i can do the same?

Note: I have a fantastic cloaker already which supports it. Just need help in understanding how to set it up properly.
