Hi please help me. Most of the time I have read it somewhere that you need to do keyword research manually. But I don't know the proper tips.

Is there any guide please share with me

Manually best way is google soup method..
Find small level website ( use free tools like neal patel to check traffic and backlinks)
Manually type on google to see who is ranking with long terms

Ps: buying even trail period of ahrefs will save alot of time and energy

I won't give you a step-by-step guide as there are tons out there, literally one click away, just google it, but a tip you might find useful when it comes to keyword research.

Check out your competition and see what posts/pages they keep fresh and updated. If they do that year after year, it means it's working for them and something you should target too. How to do that? Easy, just use the "site:" and "intitle:" operators to find those. For example: site:semrush.com intitle:"updated"

You might want to adjust the "intitle" part to fit your criteria or replace/combine it with "inurl:"

This will give you a list of keywords you can target and that is working for your competitors. Now, how easy/hard it is to rank for those, it very much depends.

Well yes You can do Keyword Research manually, here are some steps to follow.

1. Start with selecting the seed keyword, go to google trend and search which topic term or word is trending in your niche, compare it and which term or word has more users, and which is trending in your niche.
2. After choosing the term go to google and type the word or term and look in google's autosuggestion, see what people are searching for in your term.
3. after choosing the query, words go to the keyword planner tool which is free and look for keyword difficulty, the search volume of the keyword there.
4. Choose keywords with high Volume and Low Competition.
5. Then if own an eCommerce site looks for buyer keywords, if it includes brands then make brand-oriented keywords or purchase-oriented keywords.
6. Use prefix and suffix with your seed keyword three word keyword is always an ideal keyword.
