Your antivirus and firewall will affect your ability to drop any rankings, you must switch it off.

If you open the site you want to drop on your browser.

Open another tab

You must now visit lots of proxy lists in blogs and porn sites also works best if you visit the dark web. Click on lots and lots of links. Download lots of videos etc. The penalty will flow through your browser to the site in question.

Email Matt Cutts and all his co-workers with the subject line "I bent her over and pumped your Mom".

Then add in the message field "See picture proof here ww.yoursite.com"

OP, doing negative SEO for your competitor's website wouldn't only be a cowardly act, but useless as well. The competitor can simply use the disavow tool and Google will ignore all of the crappy links you built for your competitor.

The only way to beat the competition is to build topnotch backlinks for yourself.

anyway, it is simple, just change page meta tag and remove those keyword by which you site has ranking
