How to deal this Pay Pal transaction problem ?

    So, I'm from EU, this Friday I went to buy something for my girlfriend. I found some things on ASOS for her, and when I headed to checkout and pay for that, somehow in the process of paying my internet connection broke, and somehow PayPal took from my card double amount than it really was, and then I found out that ASOS never received or has confirmation of my order (I talked with them on live support, and they can't do *hit), so I decided to write to PayPal, to their email that shouldn't be automatic response, but I got automatic response, and I can't call them from here using mobile because USA can't receive calls from here, I can only use skype call, that at the moment I don't have. My question is, what to do now ? is there some email or live support at PayPal that I can contact, and what to expect now, is there any support for EU because I can't find one ....
