How to create several stores on Society6

I would like to know if it is possible to create several stores on society6 like on zazzle.

Is it done by simply opening a society6 account for each store? If it is the case, can I use the same Paypal email address (different from the email address of each account) for all the stores/accounts?

This way works, but what I would really like to know if it possible to create several stores on the same account and new categories.

You can use the same PP account to verify multiple profiles on S6.
I have confirmed this by their support and also I currently have 3 S6 accounts linked to the same PP account.

Yes, I created several account as you described. Regarding categories, It seems that it is not possible to create the store own category (apparently for simplicity).
