How to create proxies with ip's and my own server?

Hello,

I would like to make my own proxies..
So I searched a lot of things on google, youtube and even black hat world.
But I'm stuck in making proxies with my own server and ip's on centos 7

I bought ip's from luminati and made my own server using amazon EC2 and google cloud Platform.
I tried ubuntu for set up with amazon EC2 server but failed... I don't really know why..
So I think i need to use google cloud platform..

Here is my questions..
1. Do i need to use google cloud Platform as my own server?
2. When i'm creating my own proxies, What ip should be inputed on this image section?

3. Last question.. If i buy 50 Ip's then Can i make 50 private proxies for me using same tutorial as below?

what you put above is not sufficient

if you are more interested to have the proxies anonymous & elite i would like to recommend to compile squid from source with specific flags and the directives above is not sufficient .

thats how i deal with my proxies and make them not detected

Is those proxies useful for posting for classified ads?

craiglist has strong system to detect hosting ips and best is using residential ip addresses .

if you are interested i can guide you on something unique .
