How to create Multiple Channels on Youtube Safely

Hello, i have my own content of about 300 videos - all legit kids videos/vlogs,

i am wondering whats the best way for me to go about duplicating my channel and hopefully multiplying income and if its allowed by youtube terms and if its safe even if its not...

Is if ok for me to open another youtube account with the same email/adsense and posting pretty much same content but with some modification to the content?

Also the reason why i want to do this is to target different audience/countries and hopefully get higher cpm.

As long as you are doing everything by the book such as no fake views, have unique content, no copyright issues etc...and the new channel will be the same way you should be fine. There are plenty of legitimate youtubers with multiple channels.

If all the videos are created by you, it is okay to upload them in multiple accounts

Yeah if you have copyright on those videos then you can easily upload them over different channels easily.
