I recently started a business (not dropshipping) and my merchant centre account was suspended during the initial review to my webite being under some heavy construction. I’ve appealed 4 times now to no avail (suspended due to misrepresentation btw).
I will request one last review when I’m out of the cooldown period this time I have a verified GMB account linked to the merchant centre and there is literally nothing else I can do to make the website and account more perfect. It follows every policy and requirement, all the information matches what is displayed On the website, nothing about the website is untrustworthy and I’ve stripped back the description to as google Friendly as possible. We ship our products with ultra fast shipping. All policy pages and contact information is in place including hand written returns and shipping policy and a payments policy aswell. We have a google maps feature on our contact page with a pin where our now verified address is.
I really cannot stress enough that I have pulled out all the stops to sort this out but google isn’t budging and it’s pissing off big time, when theres accounts and websites that are clearly dropshipping and violating multiple policies and websites that are total piles of crap being able to freely advertise, yet I’m the one suspended. This is truly unacceptable on Google’s part and they really should be ashamed that they’re doing this to people like me. Their company is so big and powerful, that it is now less of a company and more of a public utility and I refuse to let them ban me for life.
I really wanted to go at google ads being Completely white hat. But now, if my next appeal doesn’t work, I will have no choice but to go against them and open up a whole new account. Going back to when I was suspended, I now realise that my website could have caused a suspension and it was completely my fault and not a mistake made by google, but all possible issues have been fixed and now does not violate any policies.
so, sorry for a bit of a rant but I’d like to ask If everyone here is currently successfully runnging a brand new google ads account for their website (I’m assuming after changing domains) after being suspended before? If so, what do I have to do to open a new account and run my website without being picked up by google?
