Who Can Post a Response on BlackHat World?
In order to respond to your own, or someone else's thread on this forum, you must be:
- logged in to your BHW account
- in good standing (i.e. not banned)
- attempting to post in areas where responding to threads is allowed
How Do I Create a Post?
Creating a response post to a thread is super easy!
- Find a thread that you want to respond to
- Scroll down until you see a text field that has a red "post reply" button in the lower right hand corner under the field
- Write your thoughtful and engaging response
- Click the red button to post your reply
How to Use Quotes and Multi-Quotes
You have 2 options when it comes to "quoting" another forum user.
To use the "reply" functionality, simply click on "reply" on the right side of another user's thread or response post.
This will automatically "quote" that single user's message into your reply. Once you hit reply, you'll be sent to the reply field and your cursor will already be placed below the quoted text so you can immediately start writing your response.

If you would like to respond to multiple users in one response, then you'll use the "+Quote" function. This is also referred to as multi-quote.
Simply click on +Quote for every reply you'd like to respond to in the thread. When you click it, the message will be added to the functionality and the +Quote will turn red so you can go back and see who you're going to quote in the message. If you decide you don't want to respond, just click +Quote again and it'll remove it from multi-quote.
When you're ready to start responding, scroll down to the reply field and click the "insert quotes" button that has appeared.
Once clicked, you will get a popup showing what quotes will end up in your reply and at this point you have the option to remove them.
Hit the red "quote messages" button and now the quotes are in your response. There's enough space between each quote to insert your cursor and respond to the quote above.

Logged in users have 30 minutes to either edit or delete their own posts. Simply click on the option you want.

- Locked threads. Only staff members are able to respond to threads that have been locked. Click if you would like more info about locked threads.
- Want to Buy section. Here you can only post a reply if you're an upgraded forum member.
- Hire a Freelancer section. This is another forum section you can only post a reply as an upgraded member.
- Joint Ventures section. You can only respond to JV threads if you have 50 posts and have been on the forum for a month or more.
