First you need to make it clear, what the intention of adding these recipes to your website is.
My guess is, that they will act as content on the website, that you want Google to index, in the hope that people will find your website through certain search queries.
In this case, what would people be most likely to search for? Probably not the individual ingredients ("1 cup of flour", meat might be an exception though) but the name of the recipe itself ("Pasta Carbonarra recipe") or a description of the recipe ("Romantic dinner for two", "easy dinner for two").
With this knowledge, we can ignore the fact that the ingredients list won't be unique: if we want to make sure we don't get penalized for dublicate content, we can even save the ingredients list as an image instead of text. The content that REALLY matter is the title and the description, while the instructions simply need to be comprehensible and unique.
This is how I would do:
1. Research the relevant keywords for the recipe
2. Make sure the name/title of the recipe is H1, and is mentioned in the description a couple of times
3. Write a description using the keywords and title.
4. Save the ingredients list in a way so Google doesn't recognize it as content - e.g. an image.
5. Use a spinning tool for the instructions part; the quality of the instructions aren't that important for your goal, and there's a lot of tools that can automatically spin content like this into something pretty unique.
