You can always take a current recipe and make it your own by altering the ingredients and the methods you use to cook and prepare it.

Best way to post a unique article of good recipe is nothing just to make a try on our own....
Still adding stories with funny situation makes a good impression over an article which makes conversion too.....
Else, an easy way....
Make a note from some resources, add fills with my idea above- stories and fun...

Lots of good tips, so far, the re-titling, is the most important part, i agree with who brought that up. Ignoring the ingredients list is also good advice, recipes all have similar ingredients, words like "flour" "cup" etc...don't need to be replaced, as they are not plagiarism, red flags.
As for using any type of spinner, or any other type of batch shortcut, they will make your stuff look like internet marketed, non-nonsensical, bullmess, creating odd grammatical patterns that tip off civilians that, some type of "internet marketing trick" was used, and your site will lose trust in the eyes of the masses. What you have to do is: knuckle down, and : manually re title, and manually re order the ingredients list for every single one, one at a time. The idea of making the text an inserted image, is a good idea as well. You can import the text into an image editor that does text elements, and change the font before render, just to further defer resemblance, and add a chosen style to the site.

Recipes is incredibly competetive - my gf would love to tell you about that.
My advice is to go very very niche - something like "dessert recipes for pregnancy" or "starters for a first date" or "vegan recipes for migraine sufferers living in Cornwall"
Last one obviously a joke but first two good examples - trying to get yourself into recipes without a v. small niche v. hard IMO.

you can use another system ... e.g. instead of metric system use Imperial and US customary units
