hello,
I want create unique and quality articles for recipes site. I have recipes copied from other pages and want create unique for my site. I want create ~ 500 recipes and for me very interested how to create them?

any advice?
Thanks

You can use the web archive to track some old recipes website that are no longer exist, and just grab their recipes content. It will be unique, not duplicate since Google probably removed them by now (obviously u need to check that)

Try using iWriter, there are plwnty of writers from around the world so you can get cheap Indian, SE Asian recipes fairly easily.

you can use another system ... e.g. instead of metric system use Imperial and US customary units :)

mix and match from different recipe sites and reword them or insert them into an auto spinner

yea, spin ingredients! :) maybe the food won't be edible anymore, but who cares, you will have 100% original recipes :D

I see you are going for the heart attack recipes niche.

You got good advice above, scrape recipes fromexpired sites off the web archive. Change measures from imperial to metric. Slightly change recipe titles and make small revisions to ingredient sizes..instead of 500 gms just say 450.

I have popular recipes and I want rewrite them :( I don't want to scrape old sites

Don't spin the ingredients. To be safe spin the preparation/directions. Sometimes they will go off on their personal journeys. Don't include that stuff... If you were to make a recipe for cane syrup no matter what you or anybody is only going to have 2 ingredients (cane sugar and water).

First you need to make it clear, what the intention of adding these recipes to your website is.
My guess is, that they will act as content on the website, that you want Google to index, in the hope that people will find your website through certain search queries.

In this case, what would people be most likely to search for? Probably not the individual ingredients ("1 cup of flour", meat might be an exception though) but the name of the recipe itself ("Pasta Carbonarra recipe") or a description of the recipe ("Romantic dinner for two", "easy dinner for two").

With this knowledge, we can ignore the fact that the ingredients list won't be unique: if we want to make sure we don't get penalized for dublicate content, we can even save the ingredients list as an image instead of text. The content that REALLY matter is the title and the description, while the instructions simply need to be comprehensible and unique.

This is how I would do:
1. Research the relevant keywords for the recipe
2. Make sure the name/title of the recipe is H1, and is mentioned in the description a couple of times
3. Write a description using the keywords and title.
4. Save the ingredients list in a way so Google doesn't recognize it as content - e.g. an image.
5. Use a spinning tool for the instructions part; the quality of the instructions aren't that important for your goal, and there's a lot of tools that can automatically spin content like this into something pretty unique.

There's tonnes of cook books that haven't been made electronic, just look for those and re-write them.

I would also go down the copying route, but would look in places where they are less likely to have made their way onto the web.

Magazines always have recipes so I'd look for a source of old magazines - there must be 10s of thousands out there and they'd be very cheap to buy in bulk.

To get even more content for you recipes you could use wolframalpha to get nutrition facts and ect.

that's pretty good "out of box" idea sir!

and thank you, because it brings me to even better idea with my own (not cooking) sites!
