How do i create LOTS of instagram account and direct them to follow my account?

it's easy, create them 1 by 1, and since you have login information for each, make each of them follow your account lol

use bluestacks and create a desktop macro to make the accounts

I second tompots. I believe the max you can create per device (i.e. phone or tablet) is 20, so a desktop is your best bet.

Just buy them... it's the easiest. Unless you are selling the accounts, use bots.
