How to convince to sell fb page

Hello i got a problem over here. I own a website which i totally have not did research for the domain name, somehow turned up that name is already used in all social networks, youtube, facebook, instagram, twitter... i have contacted the owner of the same and he is not willing to sell his fb page even for $10.000 and the page does not even cost more than $500, it has 70k likes and gets around 100-200 likes on posts. What can i do to make him sell it to me or make a good deal which will be win - win option

Nothing you can do about it mate. Unless you had a trademark registered on a date before the registration of those social accounts - you could then argue based on trademark. But not now. Convincing them to sell is your only option.

I cannot convince for selling his fb page anyhow... i think he is playing with me, searching more than $10.000 for that page but anyway thank you for your response

Instead of throwing away 10k USD at his page, maybe you can tweak your social media page names a bit? and spend those 10k USD productively in your branding of the new social media pages.
