I'm a media buyer who wants to try and buy on CPA basis (action is deposit).
Any tips on where can I find affiliates? Is it like finding traffic from networks/direct publishers in terms of research? How much do I pay for a deposits on Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3?
How can I stay away from fraud?
