Age also matters. If you supply just these two in new site, there is no way you will start ranking. It will take some times even for small traffic to start.

real talk, "fastest" is doing a lot of heavy lifting in this question because it depends almost entirely on your niche and how competitive it is. a new domain in something like local plumbing can get traction with a handful of solid citations and a few decent links but try that same approach in finance or health and google's gonna ignore you for months regardless. the authority building stuff everyone recommends, guest posts, digital pr, niche edits, all of it works but the timeline varies wildly so set expectations accordingly.

Also, getting a few quality backlinks (even just a handful) looks more effective than trying to build a lot of random ones. Internal linking and a clean site setup also seem to matter more than I expected.
It doesn’t look like there’s a “fast” way honestly—just doing things properly and letting it build gradually.
