how to Avoid fake profile instagram?

I started to work with FL some month ago, and I'm managing some real acc, boggers, local bussines, trying to grow his ig with a good quality followers.

the problem is that all the profile that i follow got a fake users, even comments and likes in the pictures got some fakes... do you know any idea to how can i avoid this sort of profiles???

I think the only way you can avoid this is by following, liking, commenting manually where you can choose accounts yourself.
