I am trying to find a plugin for WordPress which allows you to add notice message boxes in posts.

I think you need to look for some CTA box plugins or something related. Personally I'd code these elements myself and place them via the Ad Inserter plugin in the content. If you need any help with that you can send me a message.

You can just copy their CSS and HTML and add it yourself without any additional plugins, if you don't know how you can probably find someone to do it for like $10.
