How to achieve higher engagement while using automated posting?

I'm in the beginning stages of growing a small SMM agency. I use a third party to automate my clients posts on Facebook and Instagram but have noticed they don't get nearly the same engagement as manually posted content. Any tips, tricks or ways around this without having to manually posts each to all of clients pages to achieve higher engagement? Thanks!

Check fb page insights and find out in which time your audience engage more, post at that time. this may work.
