How The Hell Can I Gain Fat?

You have to simply up your calories. Doing these with McDonals or by eating chips is not the right way, besides that these things are really unhealthy, you will still need to eat a lot.

The easiest way: Take shaker, put 500ml of milk in it, 3 scoops of peanutbutter, 8 scoops of oatmeal and some honey. Will taste like semi-shit, drink it in the morning and trust me you WILL gain weight by doing so (I did that and still do this every once in a while), your shake will easily contain something like 700 calories or so (maybe less or more, don't know it exactly anymore). If after 3 weeks you are still not gaining weight, drink it two times a day.

The advantage of that is, that its eay easier to drink it than to eat that much. Its also way healthier than fast food industrial trash, the ingredients are good (milk, oatmeal = complex carbs, peanutbutter = good fats) and it will cost close to nothing (compared to buying junk food).

Also stay away from "weightgainer" supplements (they are the same trash as McDs).

Hey pals,

I have a problem that's becoming more intimidating, I am 23 179CM with a weight of....50KG!

I am so slim and even my bones are slim and it's becoming a social problem since people obviously judge you on your appearance more than anything else.

I don't smoke, don't drink and don't do drugs. I don't eat a lot, I don't have a healthy sleep either and I am a person who thinks a lot. I also have tried the GYM for months without results so I stopped.

What most people don't understand is, that I don't want muscles but just to gain fat and that my body grows at an overall level.

I tried some medics to improve and increase my appetite and shit but it didn't help.

I can search for the web for a diet to follow but since there's damn to many I am confused, would anyone share a method he tried or knows somebody who tried it successfully?

you must be of Ectomorph body type. There are largely 3 body types.
Ectomorph: Lean and long, with difficulty in building muscle
Endomorph: Big, high body fat, often pear-shaped, with a high tendency to store body fat
Mesomorph: Muscular and well-built, with a high metabolism and responsive muscle cells

Nutrition and good sleep will help you if you want to bulk up.

Make ur own gainer shakes.
One banana, spoonful peanut butter, handful of almonds, and oats plus scoop of whey protein and milk.
Twice a day plus eat at least 3 full meals.
Protein carbs and fats.

Hard gainers can put on weight quite easily but u gotta work at it.

U shold train too. Don't rush out and buy a gym membership just yet. Start with push ups at home and other body weight exercises.

And eat eat eat but small meals at regular intervals.

Good luck Bro!

i say a doctor appointment as it can be a underlining problam my friend .

sorry but only blood tests and professonal advice can help.

if your well , then a doctor can prescribe somethink to help with weight gain.

remember a huge increase of food might bring serious illness on, so please see your doctor.

like

diabeties
blood clots
hart problams
ect ect ect.

you might simply be lacking a blood vituinum

good luck god bless

A blackhat way of gaining weight that worked for me. Weight training thrice a week. Swimming 5 times a week. Both activities for roughly 45-60 minutes. This leads to the most important part of getting Hungry!! You get used to a huge calorific intake everyday. After 7-8 weeks drop the swimming but continue with the weight training 4 times a week. I followed this while trying to gain some weight and it worked really well. I managed to bulk up considerably in a little short of 4 months. This was when I was 20,I am 34 now and leaner than those days but I am never gonna be skinny again for sure :D

Calculate how much Calories does your body require each day. (I assume it should be around 2000 calories)
Now breakdown it into Carbs, Fats and Protiens.
Go to a nutritionist who would prepare a diet chart for you

Once you start gaining a few KGs, start doing intensive exercises, eat more, and it'll help you gain faster.

Also, get a Full body test done.
I've Minor Thalassemia, my body's nutrients absorption ratio isn't good.
Maybe you can have a similar disease or something!

I agree with @redarrow, go and see a Doctor first and make sure that there are no underlying health problems.
Take up a sport like running or cycling, you might be perfect for those and it may help with your body image as most of the other competitors will have similar body types.

Join a decent Gym that has a Nutritionalist and Personal trainer that can draw up a work out and meal plan.
Increase your calorie intake but still exercise, try swimming 1-2 times a week.

i feel your problem, if you live in the 3rd world shithole, then you know that mass is king, people respect mass, they see it a sign of strength and wealth, be it fat or muscle, im afraid your condition is either medical or genetic, do your parents or sibling have this problem?
Got it right, 3rd world country and people are so violent when they see someone slim (to show that they are strong). My father was an alcoholic and a smoker so he's very slim too.

Thanks for the advice you gave me guys, I am going to test the shaker method.

I am naturally skinny and when I gain weight it all goes to my stomach. So I am a skinny dude with a big ass gut.

Seeing a doctor as suggested would be a good start. Then I would suggest weight training along with protein. Protein feeds muscle growth.

Concentrate alot on shoulders, pecks and lats. This will give you a wider frame appearance.

Build some muscle and take some self defense training and if somebody starts some shit. Kick their ass.

I have the answers so please pm me.

Iv'e run into the same problem. I'm 6' 2" and only weigh 180lbs. (sorry idk metric lol) Iv'e been able to gain 10 or so pounds at a time and the most iv'e ever weighed was 195 the only way i got to that weight was
1. Eating everything and A LOT of it. I'm serious lol I would eat at least 3-5 meals and drink protein shakes in between meals.
2. Workout! this is crucial it doesnt have to be crazy work out just something simple i.e. pushup's and situps and just doing squats till you cant walk.
3. Continue to do this because if you stop and your anything like me the weight will come right off...

Eat more and exercise less in case if you are doing.

Try to eat outside more.

You won't gain fat in a month or so you have to be consistent in that too.

have you tried going to the gym and seek professional help from trainors there? they've got trainings for people that wants to gain weight too.
