How some offering Guarantee result for SEO Money Back?

I have few question to clear,
1) Actually they are giving money back if not is there any trick?
2) How can they archive the target even Google won't say anything about money back Guarantee for SEO.

Willing to know all your thoughts.

It is perfectly possible for someone to provide a money back guarantee on SEO. I would expect them to be providing the type of service where they control everything. i.e. they can modify your site, build backlinks, add content.

If they are unable to control everything then there is a big risk you (or another agency you also employ at the same time) can do something (or not do something they recommend) to badly affect the site's results in the SERPs.

Hope this makes sense.
 
Normally Everyone Get Results.. If Someone Knows SEO Then He Will Get You Results.. 2 Out Of 100 Clients Might Ask For A Refund But The Provider Made Profit With Other 98 Clients.. Also Those Companies Do Not Give The Guarantee For Hardcore Difficult Keyword..
Use Your Brain Before Going To Them.. If It Is a Big Site Then Sure You Can Try Them.
 
Most of them use High Quality links (Mainly High PR that sort of thing i.e Homepage links on private networks) and they have strict quality guidelines before taking on a site (They make sure the content is unique and the site has a backlink profile that they can improve on)

One more thing if you don't mind. How to do pricing for keywords ? depend on the competition.
