not so big to wow big accounts for a shoutout so contact small or local brands for reviews and promotions.

I think you should focus on creating a larger network with what you have there. I have seen a network of traveling accounts making bank.
With 5k on each you can't do much with monetization, I think. So my advice, focus on growth (viral videos, cross-promotions, maybe even a giveaway)

Combined fanbase doesn't really count. Get them all to hit 20k milestone. You should start receiving shoutout requests from pages in same niche.
