How often to post during the day?

I would say between 2 - 4 posts per day is more than enough. Personally i even post 1 per hour on some accounts (selling shoutouts) but it is killing the account to post that often. On most accounts i post once per day which results in high % likes and comments.

But there is no perfect number of posts per day. Always watch the engagement and if it decreases change your strategy and try new things.

It doesn't mention Instagram on that, otherwise it contain helpful information,
I have experimented and found that anything more than 2 results in a notable decrease in engagement. I am going to try posting 1 per day in the future, but for now, 2 posts per day keeps my engagement solid and allows ample time for people to interact with a particular post before another one of my posts pops up in their feed and pulls their attention.

8.5k followers and I calculated the average likes and it's 830 per post. I personally post one every few days. My most recent one was 4 days ago and the one prior to that was about a week and a half ago. I usually allow the last post to reach about 500-600 likes and then post another picture. I'm waiting till I get to about 13-15k followers to have a post everyday.

Usually I post 3/day but sometimes I post after a minimum of likes and increase that threshold the more popular my pages becomes

I post minimum of 3 images, up to 6. Minimum 2 hours between posts. I post that often, becuase I "teach" my followers that they will see 3-6 images every day, because when I start to receive up to 6 shoutout orders, they won't start to unfollow just because I post often. Now you can say " well, you can post once for higher shout price and you will have the same ammount of revenue for less work ". I have tested and to be honest it's not like that. I earn more money if I put lower price. Also every new follower can see how often I post and decide for himslef weather he want's to follow me or not. Normally instagram users spend 10-15 min every day, i'm talking about normal users ( not marketers, addicted people, etc ), So posting up to 6 images pull a lot more attention and eyeballs on my account. If you build your account from begining and post 3 - 6 times a day, people will get used to your posting habbits. If you build your account posting once a day and after that you start posting more than that ( because you have people asking for shoutouts ) you will see how people start to complain about this "spam" and many will unfollow, just because you have "teached" them that you post once. Anyway...
