For the few of you that know who I am, I've been gone for awhile. Mainly because I had some things to do for my site. Anyway, I ended up getting added as a contributor to The Huffington Post so that I can build more credibility and add an additional service to my clients. Then one of my friends suggested that I should get added as a contributor to Forbes and Entrepreneur as well...which sounds great.

So, here is where my issue is...

I already have to start producing more content for my main site + The Huffington Post, and stick with growing my social media connections. Not to mention the consulting work that I do as well. So adding on Forbes and Entrepreneur sounds good, but would require a ton of content creation.

I'm wondering how many of you here participate in content marketing. If you do, what sites do you use, and how effective has it been for you?

Hi, @BHcpaKid! Welcome back!

Some of the resources I use for content marketing are Quora and Medium. I also visit the website of known bloggers and influencers for an inspiration.

You can try buzzsumo also. Quora is also a good way to generate ideas. Buzzsumo helps me to find the most popular content on my topic from the web.

If you have a real huffpo account and get published on the main site then do not worry about your content costs - you can outsource to some premium writers because you will be getting back lots of value.

Ahhh, that's right! I actually forgot all about using Buzzsumo.

Do you have any writers in mind?

So far I'm starting off with interviews just to build some traffic to my work. I've got Amanda Cerny lined up, and 2 time boxing champion Andre Berto as well. Though I don't want my work to be too entertainment based, since I focus more on entrepreneurship. I just figured I'd cover Business & Entertainment since it would add some fun + they could shoot their following over to the articles/interview.

lol...You can't have been gone for very long since you joined just a month ago...
Lol, it feels longer.

You're welcome, @BHcpaKid. Quora is one of our resources when we write our clients' articles. Our clients are happy with the substance of our articles. I'd say it works. :)
Nice, I'll check that out. I appreciate the information :)
