Interested in seeing what you guys would pay for this Facebook page.

Niche - Music (Currently a known celebrity in latin music)

As far as keeping this page very active I would take the approach the current admin does on his other page with nearly over 2.3 million likes, lots of images and engagement per hour. "Talking about this" is low but that is how I plan on increasing activity overall.

My approach would be personal to be honest, but with your mentality, what would you consider doing?

this is not enough to determine the page's price.
you should give as a list of top COUNTRIES, AGE, and GENDER.
this gives u nothing to choose the right price.

If this page is loaded with fake likes then it would cost .
If Ad campaigns have been run for this landing page then it is good
If then the page must have gone viral which the celebrity pages can easily go and gained likes but then too you need to show proves ..
Hence ,This screenshot is just not enough..
You need to show your user activity or engagement ratio on the page
or
some conversion ratio (if any website attached) and even your campaign screenshot if any
for this page to earn $$$

So they changed their mind now about this particular page, but they did throw me a ridiculous price $4,600.

They also mentioned what you said above about going viral, they said it has happened to them several times with other pages and have gained large amount of likes, the likes are also real, you can tell by engagement and their main traffic source

Most people are gonna call out a fake page regardless if there looking for to buy. People are smartning up.

You may look onto gigs site, like fiverr, 5vers, fourerr, etc. for cheap price.

How about start providing FB Update Service, Instead of selling FB Page. That will give People Idea of Page Quality and You might get better Prices for that.
