I am still learning, the most i have charged had been $250!
but it depends on how much it took you to make them, how many things
you have in it, how clear and nice it looks.

trick is not getting screwed by someone that doesn't deliver which has been my experience lately. At least I always get a refund though

Because some people care about their brand and how their company is perceived. Your pretty much saying you can replace a professional graphic designer with any random dude and a 'logo generator' app. No wonder 95% of websites look like complete shitAbout $5 on fiverrOr you can d/l logo making software from any torrent/black hat site and do a better job yourself. Why would you pay anything at all?
I wouldn't be willing to cheap out on something that represents my company, so I would pay up to a thousand dollars. Now, "professional" is sort of subjective, since some people may see something as professional while another person doesn't. A real professional logo doesn't just look good.
I sell my logos for what they are worth. Usually about $100 and I let them have revisions.
I went to fiverr to see what kind of logos they offer and it's garbage, usually people selling your business name in a certain font.
This is a sample of what I offer. I make deals for multiple orders or if they buy a website I give it for free.

I agree with him, however also need 1-2 revisions to choose better design.

Since you are asking about how to price your logos, I assume you are just starting off (at least as a freelance graphic designer). In order to establish a name, you could start as low as $30 for a logo. Gradually, depending on your talent and reliability, you can go up much-much higher.
