So let's just say someone owned a website, a product line, that was completely set up with...

1) A full scale Men's Health program with an upsell and all the converting processes tested & in place.
2) 60+ days of purposeful emails
3) An authority-level blog that's ranking for certain keywords driving xx-xxx leads /day.

All you REALLY have to do to keep making money with this is to generate traffic to the pages that are already created (& converting).

And whoever was selling this site was simply tired of writing the emails, articles, tweaking the ads and optimizing the media buys and simply wanted to go into more lucrative niches with all of the experience they've found.

About how much would someone expect for a "turnkey" business (the entire brand) .. complete with affiliate promotions baked in.

just a ball park.

My system as a buyer: The number of months the site has been live multiplied by the average monthly income per month earned since the website was live divided by the average number of hours per month the seller spent on the website in total.

If the result is more than 750 I'd buy it for 4 months average earning. Less that 750 and I'd offer 1 month average earnings to purchase.
To offer a 12 month multiplayer of average monthly sales the result of my calculation needs to be above 2000.
