I don't think 8k would be enough .. Even if you manage to create a website like that with 8k (which is quite impossible), you would still need a huge team to maintain it

seomonitor.ro does almost the same thing as seomoz and that site was made for 2500 euro. I guess 8k can get something better.

I am developing something close to that but the thing is that if you have more money expect faster indexing.
Well the website itself and the coding isn't really such a complicated thing, what really is expensive is the servers maintenance.
Ahref said they have 25 terraflops of cpu combined power just to scrape the web... imagine the costs there

There is alot more to SEOmoz then what you see on the surface. It is a highly customized SaaS platform that probably took 6 months - 12 months and a team of 10-20 designers and developers to develop.
Their are alot of steps that go into making software, ie. spec gathering, wireframe creation, UI design, functionality integration, QA testing, deployment and server management, the list goes on....
8k could be enough to possibly do it however you would need to most likely outsource it to India in which case you need to be certain that the team is experienced enough to handle what you are requesting.

seomonitor.ro doesn't have even 20% of all the tools and services offered by seomoz (not to tell infrastructure). I am not trying to discourage you, at the end of the day you will do the thing you want with your money anyway.
I am talking from experience, it's not hard for me to tell you : "Hey go for it, you're on the right track, you'll definitely succeed!!" .. cause if that's what you're looking for you're on the wrong foot my friend.

Anyways I found a company that can help.
They asked a bit more then 8k but I can manage that.
I just got back from a meeting with them and their idea is a combination between: Gtmetrix, seomoz, seomonitor.ro, majesticseo.com.
They showed me what is possible and stuff now all I need to do is give them the go ahead.
I`m at 70% on my trust scale.
Anyways they said that I`ll need insane hosting for the scraper and stuff.
Hosting should cost around 4k per month+expanding when the scraper will take more. With a site like this it will take about 6-7 months before starting to make profit. so that means I`ll have to work a lot just to maintain it.
I`m not looking for a marketing company. Someone to make from my site a brand. Does anyone know someone who can help?(getting payed I mean cause obviously they wont do it for free) )

I`m doing escrow.com for the payment. Wont give them s**t until I see the site working at 100%. They agreed with that so all good there. They are starting work tomorrow. 75 days to develop the site so I`m hoping for the best right now. I`ll probably search for beta testers on bhw when the site will be ready. I`ll keep you all posted.
Probably gonna buy a banner here also.
