Whats the purpose of the blog? Is it to make money through advertising? How about you create a product - easy to do. Use ai to come up with the topic, create the product. Get someone on fiverr to put the info into a book. get graphics made. All this can be done for <$100. Then have affiliates promote the product for high commission (I'm an advocate of 100% commission). You do the leg work (creating the product), and then they drive traffic to your site. On the site you run a blog too.. and you can get clicks that way.
 
Your niche and traffic geo are biggest deciding factors. Tier-1 traffic in high paying niches like finance can be considered a business even at 10k traffic per month. Tier-3 traffic in low paying niches like entertainment will be a side hustle even at 100k traffic per month.

traffics that convert to sales does not require numbers but respect click from a client viewing ads promotion with sponsor post on pages to certain sales on promotion item.
 
It depends on the niche you choose. There are high demand niche which requires couple of thousands traffic to get steady income. So the quality of the traffic matters. Also the region you choose.
