How much Traffic Can starter shared hosting can handle?

I have starter Linux shared hosting from godaddy and plan details are:
Starter Hosting

• 1 CPU
• 512 MB RAM
• 250,000 files
• 100 entry processes

How much traffic per day it can handle and when should I move to VPS?
My site is having about 3-4k visitors per day and no issue till now.

3-4k is fine
maybe you need to move to better vps from 10k+
