How much time does it take to have results in seo?

Some website rank quickly but it stands only temporary, if they use black hat method for more
But in some case they take more time to rank, then it going to be the permanent, if they use white hat method and less black hat

Many factors that would determinet it. But my experience is around 4-8 moths to start seeing real results
 
As others pointed out, there are a lot of factors to be considered when looking for ranking improvement. All you have to do is get the basic things like ON page and OFF page perfectly and wait for G to pick it up. Do not duplicate or overdo anything to bring quick results.

Go to all kind of backlink that your site related. Hope it helps you.
 
It's on going process and it depends on the SEO activities that you do but on an average, it takes 6 months go get your website on top pages.
 
If you know how to manipulate rich snippets, you can start ranking In as little as a week. Here's a post I made early last year. Through more A/B, I've Improved how often I take the snippet, and have been taking higher competition snippets. It feels like I'm back In the early 2010's blasting my way to the top. Churn and burn, without the burn.

Study every website that has taken the Rich Snippet for your keywords If applicable. You'll start to see similarities. Implement those similarities in your page, mix and match, etc. You should start seeing what works.

Depends on how much you invest, on competition, how good your SEO is. there are many factors involved.
 
Take me 3-4 months to get to page 2 and top of page 1, then I change the link building technique to push upwards.
Then maybe another 1-2 months to see results climb.
 
It depends on keywords, still, around 3 to 4 months are enough for results to show up. But if you want to rank them for top 3, it should have taken 6 to 7 months or even more only if you're using white-hat.
 
It depends on the niche and market too, and a bunch of other factors. And also what we will count as a result.

“Actively pursuing” means developing great content (which can be just about anything - optimized product listings, blogging, video, images, FAQs, etc.), on a properly built website, that either organically or via means of public relations style effort attracts inbound links from other, relevant websites.

If you’re missing any of the three:CONTENT, PROPERLY BUILT WEBSITE and INBOUND LINKS, then it will be longer, because, well, you don’t deserve it because you didn’t try. :d

everything depends on you, do you have a domain new or old, your site is fast and ux?
