How much is Internet access where you are?

Greece

20 euros - up to 24mbps download/ 1mbps upload (I get 16mbps)

$40/Month for 256Kbps, Saudi Arabia. It sucks, I know, but that's just too bad for me.

3 mbps unlim = $24
I have 2 lines at home, so total $48/mo

Wow.. I pay 17$ for 256kbps connection.. unlimited.

1mbps costs 70$ per month :(

i should pick this up when i get my car :D
car internet would rule
Is this car something that you would have entirely financed from your Black Hat work? :D Just curious.

As for "car internet", oh man, that would be hell for me. Gotta have a sanctuary somewhere away from phone calls, SMSs and IMs. LOL

sidddd

That sucks ;-/ Some providers offer even better rates - abt $25/mo 12 mbps, but they aren't very reliable, so I'm using mine.

i got landline (dunno if some calls are free)
i got nice cable (virgins best speed)

most of it is free

OP, you with true or tot? internet in thailand sux.

w/bell over near toronto. 6mb for like $28/mo. got a 60gb cap, tho.
Well the phone line that allows me use the 'net from my house - is provided by TOT. It seems TOT have a monopoly here when it comes to installations, irrespective of which ISP you eventually use.

The actual Internet then in piped to me by True, whom I believe are probably the best of a bad bunch.

You know you're right when you mention that "internet in thailand sux" but it has got noticeably better lately AND, looking at some of the feedback, which has been returned so far by other forum members, is hardly the worst on this spinning blue 'n green ball we're all travellin' on. :)

Saying that, I am most envious KingCobra of your situation. I'd love to be able to get 6Mbps for only US$28 per month here! :)

Wow. Internet connection is expensive here. $20 per month for 768kbps only :(

$50/month for "unlimited" with a 2.5 gig cap which I burn in 2 days and crawl or piggyback for the rest of the month. Nights are faster. It ain't hell but I know purgatory when I see one. :musicus:
