That all depends. You have given very basic information, so don't expect any detailed answers.

I know of some people with pr4 sites that get hardly any traffic and make no money with them. In my opinion, a site like that is worthless. But many webmasters seem to look at the pr more than anything else when purchasing an established site.

How long have you had this domain? Does it rank well for any particular keywords? What is the daily traffic? Where does this Traffic come from? Search engines such as Google? Mostly Twitter? From a network of 1000 friends that you get to visit your site once a day to inflate your Alexa Rank? Speaking of Alexa rank, I'd be interested in that number as well. If you have had this site for awhile, has the traffic been consistent over time? Do you make any money with this site? How much per day? What are the income methods? Adsense? Affiliate commissions? What is the average daily earnings over the past Month? Several Months?

Bottom line is this. If you have a PR4 site that you have had for several Months that has had consistent traffic and earnings for several Months, then it will be worth more than a Pr4 site that you have owned for a Month that has been getting decent traffic and earnings over a Month. IMO. If I was purchasing a Website, these would be things that I'd take into consideration.

I have no experience in buying sites. Just some of the things that I would like to know if I was to purchase a site.

pr is way over rated in my opinion. I've seen several pr0 sites that I would consider very valuable over many pr4 sites that I have seen.
