How much do you sleep?

7:30 hours but sadly I always wake up one hour before the time and then can't get back to sleep :(

5 hours and occasionally a siesta after some wine :D cultural thing

In bed at 11, up at 5 on weeknights/weekdays. Sleep in a little on the weekends (until 8 or so), but also stay up later.

6 hours a night, anything less makes me feel awful the next day.

I love my sleep. I sleep for 8 hours. I wake up without an alarm. If I sleep less than 8 hours, I feel bad on the next day and I want to nap.

I avoid napping as it fucks up with my night sleeping pattern.

10-12 hours of sleep, I like to work at night, some days I don't get to see the sunlight

Never counted the hours, I sleep when I get sleepy and wake up without an alarm. The day begins when I get up, no fixed timings.

Average 4-6 hours on work nights.

Days off hour or 2 nap.

If I get less than 4 my body start hurting.

My new work schedule is even crazier.

3 morning, an afternoon and a night shift. The night shift I leave Friday morning at 6 am then Saturday back at 6 am.

Then another day it is get off at 9 :30 pm and back at 6 am

People wonder why I want to quit

It also depends on the shift I am

If have to work early in the morning I go to bed at 10 or 11 pm and wake up at 3 am. While screaming at my alarm clock.

Days off or work afternoon go to bed at 4 am and wake up before 9 am. No alarm clock and not even tired

Same hours sleep. One I need to use alarm clock other none needed.

So depends if you are morning or night person

Usually its about 6-7 but Since i've been on Modafinil, i've been sleeping 8-9 hours although waking up several time in between:)

I haven’t slept 8 hours since high school. About 10 years ago. I’m 5-6 hours. I need 6 to function on my highest level, but I can still work with 5. Any less than that, I’m going to struggle.

Side note, running a few miles can sometimes “make up” for about an hour of sleep. So most of the time if I get only 5, I go out and run 3 miles (I do this anyways) and it helps a lot.
