How much do you exercise? *DO YOU WORK OUT?*

Bad advice.

Why? You don't know what training experience this person has.
You don't know what reaction his body may have from the blend of ingredients.

The quality part of your post:
"Tell your muscles 'I command you to grow!' - TC Fletcher"

Thats true.. I should of included a disclaimer *Always consult with a physician before taking any supplements or peanuts* Also if youre training for the first time start slow, and build up. Always warm up and stretch to avoid injuries, and drink plenty of water! Letting your body rest is just as important when working out. Mainly just listen to your body.

Ummm... and the fact that most professional athletes are drug tested out the ass, and body builders are only tested during season. You don't get as big as coleman without shooting up. Frank Zane, sure, with good genes.
I'm talking about training protocols and how the only difference between a swollen physique and a strong person is the way they train, while their diet takes the back seat.

You're confusing the top 0.5% in a niche with the niche itself. And you're doing it to prove an argument I never made.

Quit being stupid.

Yeah you're right, i've read eating more meals a day actually has never been proven to speed up metabolism. If you want to speed your metabolism up then build muscle, and you build muscle by lifting heavy weights.

Of course it has. I can elaborate if you'd like but I just feel like I've already spent way too much time in the "lounge"

It's been proven just like how eating fat clogs your arteries (it doesn't).

It was a stat that was botched to pitch a sale (surprise). It was based on the TEF (thermic effect of food) which is the amount of energy it takes to break down the food by the digestive system. The arguement was that eating more frequently would increase the metabolism through always having the digestive system cranking.

However, the TEF doesn't change based on meal size. A plate of 5lb of food with a TEF of say 15% (takes 15% of the calories in the food to break it down) has the same TEF of five 1lb plates of the same food. Proportionally the same.

Not to mention always digesting food is horribly unhealthy, regardless of what the food it, and is a huge contributing factor to the now very common digestion problems Americans face today. They're always fucking eating.

This is why fitness is so interesting: everyone has a different opinion. What I've found after 20 years of athletics and years of training, steroids, good eating, bad eating, professional meal counseling, and everything else in between is that the average person's appearance, weight, and strength level is broken down by these 3 factors:

diet
exercise
genetics

For the average person, each of those factors makes up anywhere between 30-40% of the equation. Of course, everyone's body is different, so for some its 50/25/25 and others 30/25/45. Some people like me have high metabolisms that they inherited through genetics. Others are able to put inches and inches on their arms by doing light curls everyday. And then there's the poor schmoes who gain about a pound of belly fat every time they look at a pizza.

What works for some one doesn't always work for someone else. However, I have found that this works for just about everyone:

-Eat natural foods and avoid processed chemical crap
-Start with a real protein (chicken, beef, eggs, etc) in the morning to get your metabolism going
-grains and sugars are bad unless they appear naturally in food
-cheeses and breads are the single worst thing you can eat for your waistline or stomach
-steroids, when used EXACTLY as instructed, and NOT abused, can get you to your maximum potential. You may go over it on them, but you'll always fall back
-steroids, no matter what, are toxic and bad for nearly every part of your body and should only be used by serious weight lifters
-steroids do not burn fat
-eat every food you can as close to raw as you can get it

Those are a few things I can think of off the top of my head.

I dint workout for 2 years untill i succeded online ..In the due course i gained weight like around 15 kgs and a ugly belly
Once i succeeded and everything was automated I started hitting gym like 1-2 hours a day and now i lost the extra flab and feel healthy
I feel one should concentrate even on health with wealth as there's a famous saying " where there is health there is wealth " :)

I don't really exercise now but I will start to run in the woods here when it gets a little warmer. Also going to fix my bike and pretty much stay out all summer and ride :)

Between jumping to conclusions and running from the ex I get plenty of exercise!

Hello BHW!
Since most are in pretty much Online
I really wonder if there are any training drug overpower here

Do you ever work out? Daily? Weekly?
Has the thought struck you about getting the sexiest stomach/body before summer?

Thought fact that I should start up again, any tips? Im Not FAT, but damn! need something to show :o

I joined a 24 hour gym in September to do weights (have a treadmill at home) but I've had a chest infection since the beginning of December (coughing up green :( ) so I haven't been since before I got that. Seen as I can't seem to shift the chest infection I think I'll just go back to the gym this week and cough into a tissue or something. :/

My baseline exercise is 30mins walking my dog every day.

Re: Sexiest. I'm not going to get buff or anything but I like the post-workout energy you get from it. I find it addictive.

Re: Starting up again. I don't think anyone has ever uttered the words "I regret going to the gym" so if you're able to go I say do it.

Run daily for 1 hour this is the best way to make better looking

I have not exercised or taken long walks in last 2 years which had been good for me so far because I was kind of thin. But now I have thinking about hitting back on the gym. With my previous experience 45 mins to 1 hr of gym every day for 4-5 months is good enough to get back in shape. Best thing you can do is to pay advanced 6 month fee in a very expensive gym to keep yourself going regularly. Otherwise you will start slacking in 1 month.

to answer your question op yes i workout and yeap it got me more attention from girls in general what am trying to say is lately my twins are always working out as well due to how i look now :)

Yes i do!
I used to be an high level fighter i my country, back then i was training 8-9 times a week.
Now i just hit the gym 4-5 times a week and only doing weight lifting.

I swim in swimming pool for 1.5-2 km 3 times a week. Feel myself much better comparing to 5 years ago, when i din't do any sport.

Weight lifting is great! People think us weight lifters lift to get big and build muscle. Sure that's always a good thing, but weight lifting is much more than that. You build insane amounts of self confidence (personally the biggest reason why i go) and this helps sooo much with your social life like talking to people (especially girls lol), you also get a kick ass high after working out (your brain releases some shit) and that feels great. It makes you much more organized and disciplined, which greatly helps me work more efficiency.
