How many times a week do you exercise

I could not exercise because of a surgery.
And now I am slightly overweight :-D.
I am happy to get back to exercising in about 2 weeks when the doc allows it.
Wish you get well soon, exercise is important.
Not as much as I should be for my age bracket
What is your age bracket (if it's not a secret ?)

I am 19 but keep going on and off the gym. Haven't been in like a month lol.

In fact, I will go tonight since I'm putting it in writing how lazy I have been

walking with dog 3 times per day and different activities with children, no time for anything more :)
I also swimm from time to time. I tried to motivate myself to run/jogging several times, but it's so boring that I have never managed to ;)
Used to play football with friends in the past 2-3 times per week, but then... we got older had families, children, etc. classic :)

Update: I went and got a pump and now I miss it again
Hopefully i last more than 3 weeks lol

Weight training 3x a week and a few long walks, definitely wanting to add in more fitness related stuff though and maybe some cold water plunges which a few friends have been doing and said has made a big diff to their general sense of well being

Every day except Sundays. Brisk walking/jogging and push ups and I ride a cycle sometimes. That's it. I'm in my early 30s and have managed to keep a flat tummy, that's a win I guess because whenever my friends enter a room, their tummy enters first followed by the rest of their bodies :D

Gish Im at zero for the moment. Gotta change that pretty fast.

I exercise my fingers every day by typing. I'm getting pretty good at it ;) ;) ;)

Interesting question! My plan is always to go to the gym three times a week, but over the years, I realized what's far more critical is not quitting, even if I go only once a week and those 90 minutes. My friend and I used to pay a few months in advance to motivate ourselves but ended up not hitting the gym anyways, so it was wasted money. When you feel like you don't want to go, that's when you need to go - this is what I am trying to accomplish by pushing myself.

15-20 minutes on treadmill.
90 minutes of brisk walking daily.

Been doing this since December 2022 last year after advised by my doctor.

Before that it was almost nothing in terms of any health and fitness activity.

Best part I lost weight & fat.
