How Many Threads to Use on Scrapebox?

Hey, guys. I've got a proxy setup on scrapebox, and wanted to know how many threads you think I should use? I have one proxy set up, but it has 10 different IP's. I used My Private Proxy.

I'd appreciate some of the more experienced members helping me out here. Thanks!
