How many transactions do I need to make in order for eBay to remove 21day hold?

All three of the below criteria have to be met before Paypal will no longer hold the money for up to 21 days.

- It?s been more than 90 days since your first successful sale
- You?ve had more than 25 sales transactions with US buyers(if seller lives in USA), and
- You?ve had more than $250 in sales

• If print shipping labels through eBay or PayPal or use another carrier who provides tracking information and manually enter shipment tracking information on eBay funds will be available three days after the latest estimated delivery date.
• If you mark the item as dispatched but don?t upload tracking information, funds should be available seven days after your latest estimated delivery date.
