We saw people using successfully 5 to 10 accounts per proxy.
But you have to take into consideration also the rotation period of your proxy (how often then it gets a new gateway IP).

The most safest thing would be one proxies per one account however a lot people do 5-10 accounts per 4G mobile proxy.

It's easy - the more accounts per proxy, the higher the risk. If you value them and want them to grow a lot - 1:1 ratio is the best. Otherwise, I wouldn't suggest doing more than 5 accounts per proxy. This is because it's the maximum number of accounts allowed per 1 IP, so it wouldn't be smart to stray away from this.
