How many obl per PBN domain?

Isn't 30 to 35 quiet a lot of outbound links??

It depends on how powerful the domains are, remember the more Obl, the more the link juice is been split.

30 - 35... I'd never have that many outbound on any site I own let alone a PBN site. You need as few as possible as suggested by asap1 and even 10 would be pushing the envelop over the edge for me.
Minimum 15 - 20 page site and we typically have 3 - 5 out bound links on them. That may be overkill but I don't think it makes sense to go easy or cut corners there.

Assuming you're talking about a private PBN, it's best to have just one money site link, camouflaged among a few other links to authority sites and of course internal site links. Otherwise you're dividing up the juice, as well as setting up an easy-to-spot footprint; if all of your PBN sites link to the same collection of money sites, it's more obvious to Google what you're doing. If you continue to add content, you can eventually add another money site link, just be careful of footprints.

Yes it will carry more power being only one OBL but like others have said you need to sprinkle your $ site links in with other authority and niche related sites. And upon creating a PBN I never put $ site links in my first article of that PBN. Wait till second or third article you post. Also, make sure to post another article with relevant links a few days to a week after posting your $ site link article. Just makes things look more natural IMO... good luck

exactly. 1 money site link + relevant authority links.
If you have more money sites, then its okay to link more than 1, but never in the same combination, because If 10 pbn domains link to domain A + B, then its a strong footprint.

If you had 3 PBN sites I would do the following just for the diversity
PBN Site A: 1 OBL
PBN Site B: 3 OBL
PBN Site C: 8 OBL
Get out of the mentality that your site your building up is a PBN site but instead a natural website giving you a natural quality back link.

PBN Site B: 3 OBL
PBN Site C: 8 OBL
